Between my severe anxiety and truly horrible experiences with a past dentist it was amazing to deal with the dentists and hygienist at Calling Lakes. I am absolutely petrified of dentists but the minute you walk in the door, the staff make you feel comfortable and respected. They are understanding of my financial circumstances and having to deal with my dental issues in smaller treatments. The hygienist was comforting and eased my panic while creating a calm atmosphere. Thank you so much for everything Calling Lakes, I am looking forward to continuing my treatment.

Terrible rude staff, especially when someone calls you crying in pain you usually try to do your job and help. I was thankful after my husband recalled they were able to fit me in but when I was there the assistant staff was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable and bad. The dentist wanted to fix me right up but no, the other ladies wouldn't help her as it was their lunch break. Thank goodness my tylonel started kicking in at that point. But all in all this was a terrible experience, I'm a breastfeeding mom of 3 I can't be crying out in pain completely incapable of doing anything.Also charged me $60 for me just to come in sit in the chair and for them just to tell me I needed a root canal or to get my tooth pulled. That's it, no cleaning, nothing + attitude. I'll be sure not to come back. Thank you to the dentist herself who was actually trying to help.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Dr. Ellie is a highly professional dentist, looking out for the patients’ real needs. Also, hats off to Stacey, the dental assistant, very helpful. Great front desk staff, friendly and accommodating!

After 30 years of going to this Dentist on Thudrsday the dentist came out of her office and started yelling a the man at the counter. Then when she was told that wasnt my husband she yelled over top of the man at my husband in the middle of the waiting room. Is the kind of dentist you want working on your mouth with a temper likr that. The next day the owner phones us to talk about what happened . She never even said said she was sorry for what happened which is all we wanted to hear. This shows what she thinks of the people coming to the office.

Doctor Ellie and Alana were wonderful. Came in on a Saturday morning to deal with my tooth “dilemma “. I really appreciated them doing that. Also Glenda went out of her way to help me out😊

Front desk staff are always great :) Dr. Ellie and Stacey did an awesome job working quickly and efficiently together to get my fillings done. Anusha is also a great dental hygienist! Definitely recommend. A+++
